“MEETING AND SHARING ARE AT THE HEART OF THIS EVENT” – INDUSTRIAL PRINT INTEGRATION 2023 BOOSTS NETWORKING AND EDUCATION OPPORTUNITIES

Leuven, 7th December 2023 –330 print technology enthusiasts from 28 countries met during the second edition of Industrial Print Integration (IPI) Conference on 28-29 November 2023 in Düsseldorf-Neuss. Participants praised the availability of inkjet and screen printing experts, engaged in intense know-how transfer and in passionate discussions about business, research and innovation.

From security features through to automotive, sensors and displays, direct-to-shape for plastics and glass, decor and textiles – IPI 2023 covered the full scope of liquid deposition technologies for various market applications. A record number of 65 technical and inspirational presentations was supported by over 70 exhibitor tabletops – all attended by an audience which increased with more than 20% compared to last year’s inaugural edition.

“It is an event to connect with the top players in the printing industry, from screen to inkjet printing, with a lot of interesting talks about improvements and new application possibilities,” commented João Silva from TMG Automotive. Raphael Vuillaume from the French printed electronics company MCVE exclaimed that “meeting and sharing are at the heart of this event.” Both attended the conference for the first time.

Among IPI’s newcomers were speakers, too. Trevor Fielding from the European Printing Ink Association provided one of the keynote speeches. “It was an excellent conference with participants from a very broad range of organisations,” he commented. Simone Tardini who represented the print system manufacturer SACMI admitted that IPI provided “an incredible opportunity to present ideas and get feedback from a highly educated audience.”

Industrial Print Integration has now established itself as a platform for the global industrial, functional and specialist print community. It has created a comfortable setting in which technology suppliers meet technology users, industry meets academia and new project partners find each other. “It was a great opportunity to hear and see what is going on within the printer and ink related industries,” said Solomon Kimani from Domino Printing. “A great place to connect with the right people. I am looking forward to attending continuously,” added Ryuta Onoe from Kyocera and Georg Depta from Giesecke+Devrient concluded: “A fascinating business sector and a spirited community!”
